Dr. Sudeb Mukherjee is a highly reputed Cardiologist based in Kolkata with extensive experience in cardiovascular interventions. He holds MBBS (with Honours & Gold Medals), MD (Medicine – Gold Medal), and DM (Cardiology) from IPGME&R–SSKM Hospital. He further trained in advanced cardiovascular imaging at University Hospital, Zurich, and pursued a fellowship in arrhythmia and electrophysiology at La Paz University Hospital, Madrid. He specializes in heart failure and device therapies and has served as a visiting cardiologist in top hospitals including AMRI (Salt Lake, Dhakuria, Mukundapur), RUBY, Narayana, DESUN, Belle Vue Clinic, and is currently a Senior Consultant at BM Birla Heart Research Centre, Kolkata. Dr. Mukherjee has performed a wide range of complex procedures such as Coronary Angiograms, Advanced Angioplasty (LM bifurcation, Rotational/Orbital Atherectomy, IVL), and device implantations including Pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, LBBAP, and His Bundle Pacing. His peripheral interventions include Renal and Subclavian Angioplasty, Carotid and Vertebral Stenting, Iliac Angioplasty, and complex CTO procedures. He is also experienced in electrophysiological studies and congenital interventions (ASD, VSD, PDA closures). Academically driven, he follows global best practices, ensuring patient safety through precision and modern technology. Dr. Mukherjee has multiple national and international publications, has presented at major conferences, and has received several prestigious awards.
